USES had an incredible summer filled with exciting adventures and educational experiences. Students got to enjoy many trips to the parks and playgrounds around Boston with mini history lessons shared in areas like the North End, Jamaica Plain, and South Boston.

In the classroom, students delved into the world of farm-to-table cuisine, experimenting with baking and healthy snacking techniques. They also sharpened their problem-solving skills during the thrilling "Who Done It?" sessions.

August brought even more excitement with the annual Entrepreneurs Market, where students showcased their creativity and entrepreneurial spirit by selling handmade items. The summer concluded with a festive carnival in our courtyard.

As we look ahead to the fall, club48 will continue to foster growth and development. The ThinkGive SEL curriculum will help students build essential social-emotional skills, while workshops from the Boston Health Initiative will focus on wellness and well-being. Additionally, club48 will resume their beloved Urbanity dance classes and introduce a new and engaging activity: Cardboard Creations.
