SPONSORS
AND A SPECIAL USES THANK YOU TO…
…the wonderful South End restaurants and caterers who have been part of this annual event for over a decade. We cannot wait to welcome them back in 2022, and encourage all of our guests to continue supporting them in the meantime through takeout and outdoor dining while waiting for a return to full service. In the meantime, we thank Above and Beyond Catering, Burro Bar, Darryl’s Corner Bar and Kitchen, Flour Bakery + Cafe, House of Siam, Lobsta on a Roll, Mela, M & M, Petit Robert Bistro and many other local establishments for your resilience and longtime support!
United South End Settlements (USES) is a 129-year-old non-profit organization in Boston’s South End neighborhood. Our mission is to harness the power of our diverse community to disrupt the cycle of poverty for children and their families. We believe that by connecting both children and their families to resources, individualized support, high quality care and education, and diverse social networks, we can close the racial wealth gap and disrupt systemic barriers to opportunity. We provide children with quality education and enrichment opportunities through Early Childhood Education, club48 after school programming, and Camp Hale, a summer sleepaway camp in New Hampshire. At the same time, we work with parents and caregivers to develop their capacity to reach goals around education, career, finances, family, and community connections through one-on-one coaching and income support screenings. For over a century, our work has focused on uplifting families, and during this pandemic, we have reimagined our programs and services to better support them as they navigate the enduring impacts of COVID-19. Because of the creativity and resilience of our staff and families, and the support of our community, we became stronger together.
