Trish Fogarty :

Trish joined the USES and Camp Hale team in January 2024. We're excited to have her onboard and meet all the campers this summer at Camp Hale! Get to know Trish through the Q&A below:

Q: Where are you from/where did you grow up?
A
: I grew up in Wilbraham, MA, but have lived in New Hampshire since 2016.

Q: What drew you to Camp Hale?
A: Community and mission. I'm very excited to be part of such a welcoming and inclusive community.

Q: Did you grow up going to camp and if so, where?
A: I grew up going to a camp in southern New Hampshire and spent 17 summers there!

Q: Do you have a favorite memory?
A:
One great memory that comes to mind is laying out on the swimming dock at night, stargazing, and talking with friends. 

Q: What are you most excited about in this new role?
A:
I'm looking forward to meeting all of the campers and staff in person and spending my summer living on Squam Lake!

Q: What are your favorite things to do outside of work?
A:
I enjoy hiking with my dog, listening to podcasts, playing board games, and spending time with friends. I also love going to a good trivia night (even if I'm not great at it!).

Q: What would you choose if you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life?
A:
Fish Tacos. 

Q: Do you have a favorite sport?
A:
Swimming. 

Q: What’s something on your bucket list?
A:
Some day I would like to hike the Long Trail in Vermont!
