The USES After School Program is looking for interns and volunteers who have an interest in working with school aged children (ages 5-12). Our program is open Monday through Friday from 2:30 to 6:00. We ask that you make at least a 2 hour commitment once a week.

Responsibilities of volunteers and interns include: helping with homework, specifically in ELA, Math and Spanish, snack set up/clean up and assisting group leaders with daily enrichment activities. We also strongly encourage our interns to try leading an activity with a group of children at least once throughout their time with us to help advance their leadership skills.
