Program
Our Senior Services department works hard to
address the many needs that the seniors in our community have.
The senior home repair program assists individuals with minor,
major and emergency repairs.
Overview
The Senior Home Repair Program assists seniors 62 and older and the disabled. Senior Home Repair Program provides minor repairs, emergency repairs, major rehabilitation and information referral. These services enable lower and moderate-income older homeowners to maintain their independence and remain in their communities. This program provides services that will enhance the health and safety of seniors within their home environment.
Minor Repair
Repairs are performed by our in-house repair staff or are sub-contracted to qualified contractors, depending on the nature, degree of difficulty and emergency status of repair. Minor repairs include exterior, interior, and security repairs.

Major Repair
We provide technical/administrative assistance through the Department of Neighborhood Development application for major rehabilitation

Emergency Repair
This service gives emergency assistance to those with faulty furnaces, collapsing
or leaky roofs, and collapsing porches.
